Lack of sleep makes you feel like you just run 10K but without the good part of it,
the good part of feeling satisfied to have covered a longer distance then the runs before.
Even having beer before going to sleep doesn't make it last longer.
Also warming baths don't help.
Even the combination of both.
Also cheesy Country Music or Acoustic Love Song Covers. Nothing helps!
What are your best sleeping methods? And no, I won't take those sleeping pills, nah!
